1. Professional Conduct & Academic Integrity

We are committed to fostering a culture of honesty and professional growth. We expect our interns to behave as representatives of a socially responsible organization.

• Standard of Work: Interns must complete all assigned tasks, research, and project modules with due diligence. Work must be submitted within the stipulated deadlines to be eligible for evaluation.
• Anti-Plagiarism Policy: Integrity is non-negotiable. Submitting work that is not your own—including copying from other interns, uncredited internet sources, or the unauthorized use of AI to generate entire project reports—is a violation of this agreement.
• Disciplinary Action: If an intern is found guilty of plagiarism or professional misconduct (such as harassment or misrepresentation), Jigyasa Samaj Kalyan Kendra reserves the right to immediately terminate the internship and withhold the final certificate without a refund.

2. Certification Validity & Authentication

A certificate from Jigyasa Samaj Kalyan Kendra is a valuable credential. To maintain its market value, we enforce strict authentication protocols.

• Verification Portal: All certificates are issued with a unique Certificate Identification Number (CIN). Employers and academic institutions can verify the authenticity of your document through our official online verification system.
• Legal Protection: Any attempt to forge, digitally alter, or misrepresent a certificate (e.g., changing the duration or project title) is considered a fraudulent act. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and notify relevant background verification agencies.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) & Confidentiality

During your tenure, you will be granted access to proprietary knowledge and resources developed by our experts.

• Ownership: All educational content, source code, curriculum designs, branding, and research data provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Jigyasa Samaj Kalyan Kendra.
• Strict Non-Disclosure: You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly post our internal materials (including recording live sessions or sharing PDF modules) on any public platform or social media without explicit written consent.

4. Fees, Refunds, and Financial Policy

• Administrative Fees: Any fees paid toward registration, administrative processing, or certification are generally non-refundable once the internship materials have been accessed or the program has commenced.
• Payment Accuracy: Users must ensure that payment details provided are accurate. Jigyasa Samaj Kalyan Kendra is not responsible for failed transactions due to third-party payment gateway issues.

5. Data Privacy & Protection

By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (name, email, educational background) for the purpose of internship administration and certificate generation. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
