Thank you for choosing Jigyasa Samaj Kalyan Kendra for your industrial internship. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Professional Services

Enrolment fees for internships are primarily designated for administrative processing, LMS access, and digital credentialing services. Once access is granted, these services are considered consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed if a duplicate payment was made by mistake or if the specific internship program is cancelled by Jigyasa Samaj Kalyan Kendra.

3. Timeline and Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted to support.jigayasasamj@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment. Approved refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Decisions regarding refunds in exceptional medical or emergency situations are at the sole discretion of the administrative department of Jigyasa Academy.
